    The National Operations Manager serves as the backbone of Naach Dance Company, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the organization runs efficiently across all locations. This individual works closely with the CEO and leadership team to manage systems, communication, scheduling, and organizational growth.

    State Directors are responsible for leading and growing Naach within their state. They serve as the primary point of contact for local operations, dancers, instructors, and performance opportunities while supporting the organization's expansion.

    • Recruit dancers and students

    • Coordinate local performances and events

    • Build relationships within the community

    • Assist with growth and expansion efforts

    • Manage and mentor Pro Troupe Captains

    Position Overview

    Pro Troupe Captains are leaders within Naach's performance division. They support dancers, coordinate rehearsals, assist with performance logistics, and help strengthen the professional performance team within their state.

    • Lead and support local Pro Troupe dancers

    • Schedule and coordinate rehearsals

    • Assist with performance preparation

    • Manage attendance and communication

    • Support casting and performance logistics

    • Recruit and mentor dancers

    • Help secure performance opportunities

    The Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager is responsible for helping expand Naach's reach through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, community relationships, and performance opportunities. This role plays a critical part in securing resources that support the growth of the organization.

    • Build relationships with businesses and organizations

    • Research festivals, events, and partnership opportunities

    • Support outreach and business development initiatives

    • Assist with fundraising and sponsorship campaigns
